## Private Pilot
- Price: Custom pilot pricing by business volume and workflow complexity.
- Best for: restaurants, hotels, retail stores, service businesses, and operators that need factura administration plus payment reconciliation.
- Includes: WhatsApp factura workflow, customer fiscal data capture, CFDI delivery workflow, basic payment reconciliation setup, and onboarding support.

## Expected SMB Plan
- Price target: from $699 MXN/month, subject to final pilot validation.
- Includes: WhatsApp intake, customer fiscal profile capture, transaction tracking, CFDI workflow, and Drive folder delivery.

## Payment Processing
- Card and SPEI processing fees depend on the selected provider, such as Conekta, Clip, Mercado Pago, or Stripe.
- WhatsFac separates software fees from provider processing fees.
